Because I am sure most of you are curious, Matt and I did end up putting an offer in on the Asher Street house. They countered too high, and we decided to walk away and let it sit for a while. They need time to come to their senses that they are asking way too much money for the work that needs to be done. I feel like I can't walk down the street anymore, though, since our stroller is not the most inconspicuous. We haven't given up hope; we are just going to be patient. If it is meant to be, it will be.
Here are just a few photos of Arrott. When I'm in the kitchen, I plop Arrott down in his toy. Instead of playing with all of the dodads on the toy, he prefers to pull down all of the cookbooks. I used to try and make sure they were out of reach, but he just gets so much enjoyment out of pulling them off. I know I am setting myself up for udder chaos. The last pictures are from this past Sunday. We met our friends, Raygan and Jason, at Mountain Run Lake for a picnic. This place is beautiful and only a few minutes away. I think I've found my new favorite spot.
