I have to start being better about blogging so that I don't feel the need to start every blog post with "we're alive." In our defense, we've been kind of busy.
Although we have still managed to compile a "to-do" list in the new house, we have managed to get out with Arrott. He went to the Reston zoo with his bestie, Henry, and fed the scary goats; got out the the Discovery Museum in Charlottesville; hung out with Grandma and Papa Lacks for several days with his cousins; found out he's going to have a little brother (like how I slid that in there?); and, went on his first airplane ride with his grandpa Truschel.
He was fearless about going up in flight!! He was strapped in tightly into his car seat and took off! This little man loves planes. He has little planes on his sheets, and every morning he wakes us and says, "Papa (can't say Grandpa yet), plaaaaaaane."

| I'm realizing that this is what he does when he gets a little nervous or shy. |

| Over the goats. |
| He loves stickers. |
| "Say cheeeeese!" |
| He kept pointing to the pilot here and saying, "Papa!" |
| Just trying out all of the different planes at the Flying Circus. |

| Getting strapped in by Grandpa. |
| There they go! |
| So excited about flying. |
In baby number dos news, it's a boy!! The Truschel "tradition" lives on. The first thing out of my mouth when we left the doctor's office was, "I guess this means we're having 3 kids." That was kind of always the silent plan anyways since we both have two siblings. I'm 25 weeks along today, and here's a quick shot we took last night.
Welp, hopefully I'll meet you back here sooner rather than later. Have a good day, and I love you all!
