Man, oh man, have we been busy. I have discovered what pushes Matt to get projects finished, create deadlines. I did not create this one, however. Matt has decided that he would like to throw a quasi Radford reunion on October 15 and would like to have a fenced in yard with a patio to throw down in. These are things that we had had on our wish list, but I had moved this into the "ain't gonna happen anytime soon" column.
Well, in less than a week, two trees have been removed that were either dying or releasing its knife-life leaves on the yard and the fence has been started. Pictures are slowing moving from a pile in the floor to the walls, and new lights have been hung in the entryway and the porches. We have even found the time to hang a swing on the front porch for Arrott. Here are just a few pictures of the latest progress.

| Posts in after the first day. |

| Arrott and I surveying Daddy's progress after day 1. Mother and son approved. :) |
| Sad to see the trees go, but it had to be done. I'm sure we were not our neighbors' favorite this morning. |
| Current state of affairs. Notice Arrott's swing to the right on the porch. |
| Yes, those posts will be cut. |
| Take away the fence, and this has been our backyard view for over a year. |
| My latest project. I'm kinda in love with it. |
| Finally hung these beauties. The top firemen picture is one of my Popee Lacks. |
| Our new light, mirror, and PLUM door!!! |
